WFMY -- Chef John Bobby, Executive Chef of Noble's Grille in Winston-Salem, has a delicious twist on two Thanksgiving classics: Brussel Sprouts and Mac 'n Cheese.
Bobby stopped by the WFMY News 2 Kitchen to show us his recipes, before traveling to Raleigh to compete for the title of "Best Chef."
This summer, Bobby won the "Got to be NC" Competition Dining Series "Fire in the Triad." On Wednesday night, he faces off against Chef John Fortes of Mimosa Grill in Charlotte.
