Chef Mark Wykoff from Ruth's Chris Steakhouse in Greensboro stopped by Saturday to show us some dishes off their new menu.

Crab BLT

ingredients:

  • toasted garlic bread
  • crab meat tossed in remoulade sauce
  • bacon slices
  • sliced tomato
  • lettuce

Filet Mignon Steak Salad

Mushroom and Steak Skewers

  • filet mignon marinated in teriyaki sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • halved mushrooms

Skewer the meat and mushrooms before grilling

Salad

  • salad mix with balsamic dressing
  • sauteed onions
  • bleu cheese crumbles
