We Have Your List For Halloween Trunk-Or-Treat Events

The goblins are on the prowl for candy and we have your list of places to go for Trunk or Treat! All events are free unless other wise noted.

Sunday, Oct. 20:

Central United Methodist Church: 300 S. Main St., Asheboro. The church will be hosting their Fall Fest which will include Trunk or Treat in the church parking lot. The event runs from 4pm until 7:45pm.

Friday, Oct. 25:

4th Annual Burlington Downtown Halloween Spooktacular: Downtown Burlington by the Depot. A costume parade of kids 12 and under will line-up on the lawn of the Municipal Building at 2:15pm The parade starts at 3pm. Parade participants are eligible for the costume contest which will be held at 5p.m. at the Depot.

Saturday, Oct. 26:

Maple Springs United Methodist Church: 2569 Reynolda Rd., near the entrance to Wake Forest University. Pumpkin Patch Palooza Fall Festival will include Trunk or Treat for the kids. The festival runs from 5pm to 7pm. 

Halloween Fun at SciWorks: 400 W. Hanes Mill Rd., Winston-Salem. Kids can trick or treat from 3pm to 5pm throughout the museum. This event is included in a paid admission to the museum. SciWorks members are free.

Ghost Stories in Presbyterian Church Cemetery - 11 a.m. - Cynthia Moore will tell stories behind the Greensboro Historical Museum. Join her for Ghost Stories in the Graveyard featuring family-friendly "spooky" tales.

Also, Guided Moonlight Cemetery Walk from 5 p.m.- 9 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church Historic Cemetery. Hear about "Ghosts" of Greensboro's past.

Sunday, Oct. 27:

Old Salem Museum & Gardens: 600 S. Main St., Winston-Salem. The Old Salem Museum & Gardens will hold their popular trick or treating event on S. Main St, from Salem Square to Frank L. Horton Museum Center. The hours are from 6pm to 7:30pm.

Halloween In The Park: Sunset Hills Neighborhood Park, Market St. and E. Greenway South. The event will be held from 3pm to 5pm.

Trunk or Treat at NC A&T: 1601 E. Market St., Greensboro. The event is hosted by the United Way of Greater Greensboro's Young Leaders. The event will run from 1pm to 3pm in the Parking lot behind Dowdy Building. 

Mitchell's Grove United Methodist Church's Fall Festival/Trunk or Treat: 3511 E. Kivett Dr., High Point, NC. The event will be held from 4pm to 6pm with a costume parade and a special appearance from Dora The Explorer.

Wednesday, Oct. 30:

Christ United Methodist Church: 410 Holden Rd., Greensboro. The church will hold their Halloween Carnival and Trunk or Treat event between 6:15pm to 7pm.

Holy Trinity Episcopal Church: 607 N. Greene St., Greensboro. The church will host it's first Trunk or Treat from 5pm to 7pm.

First Presbyterian Church Trunk or Treat: 617 N. Elm St., Greensboro. The church will host trunk or treat in the Greene St. lot, across from the MLC. Trunk or treat will run from 6pm to 6:30pm.

Thursday, Oct. 31:

Trick or Treat Downtown Kernersville: Main St. Kernersville. Merchants will be handing out candy to kids from 5:30pm to 8:30pm.

Halloween Trick or Treat in Madison: Downtown Madison, NC between the streets of Academy, Market, Murphy and Decatur. The Downtown Madison Merchants are hosting Trick or Treat for area kids from 3pm to 5pm just look for the orange pumpkin signs for participating merchants.

Trick or Treat Downtown Mt. Airy: 206 N. Main St., Mt. Airy. The Downtown Trick or Treat event runs from 3pm to 6pm and will include Halloween magic shows by Ray Hardee and a Halloween costume contest and a costume contest at 5pm.

Harvest Celebration at Center Grove Baptist Church: 8750 Lasater Rd., Clemmons. This event will include pony rides, toddler playground, Trunk or Treat, and much more. The event runs from 5:30pm to 8pm and is free.

YMCA Camp Weaver in Greensboro: 4294 Tapawingo Trail, Greensboro. Price of admission is a bag of candy per family. The event runs from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m.

Truth & Treats Fall Festival: Cedar Grove Tabernacle of Praise, 612 Norwalk St. in Greensboro. The church will host carnival games, a costume parade and hot dog super from 6:30pm to 8:30pm.
