TRIAD, N.C. -- Starting this weekend, nearly 60 of the area's newest homes will be on display for the 2013 Fall Parade of Homes.

The annual event kicks off Saturday, Oct. 12 and continues on Oct. 13, 19 and 20.

The Greensboro Builders Association, along with the Home Builders Association of Winston-Salem and High Point, will present 58 newly constructed homes during the event.

Tours run from 1 to 5 p.m. each day, and admission to the Parade of Homes is free.

The annual Parade gives consumers the chance to see the latest in home design trends and amenities, according to the Home Builders Association. You can also talk to builders and designers during the tours.
