HIGH POINT - When we find a local place that puts as much effort into taste as they do nutrition, then you know we have to bring them into the WFMY News 2 kitchen.
Frankie Little and Jorge Phillips, co-owners of Fit Plus Nutrition in High Point joined WFMY News 2's Tracey McCain on the Good Morning Show Monday to talk about their new business and their goals to help people stay fit.
"We sell nutritional meal replacements to help people gain weight, lose weight or maintain weight." said Little, who lost 100 pounds using this program.
"We use real fruit. We use Stevia which is an all natural sweetener. It's an alternative from sugar and perfect for our clients who have diabetes or high sugar." added Phillips. "They contain 24 grams of protein."
Along with the meal replacement drinks, they also have a fitness center and programs for every age group. You can go for breakfast, lunch or dinner, grab a shake and work out too.
Fit Plus Nutrition is open from 7am to 7pm. You can find it at 275 East Parris Street Suite 106 in High Point. Call 336-803-7471 for more information and we also linked you to their facebook page in this story and in the links section on digtriad.com.
