Greensboro, NC -- Who doesn't like to play corn hole or sing a little karaoke?  It's even better when you can do it to help a great cause.

Sarah Reece and Maria Betts, with the Realtors Association, joined the Good Morning Show crew on Monday to tell you how you can help your homeless neighbors on Tuesday night.

The Realtors Association is hosting an End of Summer Bash at Flip Flops Bar & Grill in Greensboro, which will benefit the "Holiday for the Homeless" program.

The goal of the event is to raise $3,500 to create gift bags of warm clothes for residents of the Weave House in Greensboro.

If you'd like to have fun and help your neighbors at the same time, the End of Summer Bash is Tuesday evening, September 24, from 5:30 until 9:00 p.m. at Flip Flops Beach Bar and Grill.

There will be karaoke, a corn hole tournament and even shagging lessons.  All of the money raised benefits the "Holiday for the Homeless" program.
