Greensboro, NC - A brand new exhibit is days from opening at the Greensboro Children's Museum and it's all about Gizmos and Gadgets.
The Gizmos and Gadgets exhibit is funded by the NC GlaxoSmithKline Foundation Ribbon of Hope. The foundation gave the museum the grant in the amount of $25,000.
Gizmos and Gadgets is an inventive series of robust, interactive and hands-on science programming for pre-K through 5th grade students. Components will be mobile and move throughout the Museum.
The goal of Gizmos and Gadgets exhibit is to spark preschool and elementary-age students' interest in science in a very interactive hands on way. It furthers the museum's message to touch, explore and build.
It opens at the Greensboro Children's Museum on Saturday, September 21st from 1-3pm.
