The Greensboro News and Record is in a fight with the Winston-Salem Journal.  The war is over newspaper sales.  Each paper had celebrities hawking their wares to see who could sell the most but the real winner is The Second Harvest Food Bank.  All proceeds from BOTH papers go to the food bank.  The papers were $1 each and Faun Finley of The Greensboro News and Record says that can provide for 5 meals!

Our Eric Chilton was out in downtown Greensboro this morning trying his hand at "hawking".

The hawkers will also be at the Taylor Swift concert at the Greensboro Coliseum tonight as well.  The News and Record said they will match the total raised dollar for dollar.
