North Carolina Central University has a new leader. Chancellor Deborah Saunders-White is unveiling her new E-squared initiative. It's a plan to keep the kids moving along at a pace that encourages a four year graduation rate as well as a push for technology related careers.
The chancellor pulls from her experience in working for huge companies and organizations like IBM and the U.S. Dept of Education to help her in her new role.
