You know we are all getting older.

I hate that but it is what it is and of course it's better
than the alternative. But if you have that special loved-one in your life and of course they are getting older and they can no longer take care of themselves.

Putting them in assisted living is an option but they may not want to go and it costs a lot of much money.

So, you might want to consider building a second dwelling
on your property as this homeowner has done.

It doesn't cost quite as much as you think it does. What's great about it - it does increase the value of your home. But what
is even better about it - when that special someone lives here - first of all, they are not in your space - secondly, they have their own space so they live still an independent

If you build it close enough to your house you can keep an eye on each other. No another thing you can do is in the meantime if you happen to build that second dwelling - it can become the man cave for that special man in your life.

And, ladies lets face it, they clutter up your house.

Now they have their own space to do what they want to do.
Your marriage is going to do so much better. Now there are a few things you need to consider.

If you are looking for an existing property that has two structures on it - one that is another separate home - some loans will not do that - so you gotta double check
on that.

And second of all - of you buy a home and you build a second dwelling - it has to be on its own separate septic tank - now that is if you live out in the country - because if its not the health department is going to make you do that when you sell the property.

Just a little hint there for you. So remember - built a second dwelling if you can - everybody in your household
