WFMY -- It can be tough to eat healthy, let alone find the time to prepare healthy meals. So a Triad restaurant is doing the work for you.
At The Fit Station in Jamestown, all you have to do is grab and go.
The Fit Station specializes in healthy, fresh menu items, packaged for convenience.
Alex Brockway, co-owner of The Fit Station, and Chef Michael Comer, showcased some of their breakfast, lunch and dinner options on the Good Morning Show.
Brockway said the food isn't just convenient, it's also nutritional. Each meal is labeled with the nutrition facts and calorie counts.
Comer said he's lost 70 pounds by eating the meals prepared by The Fit Station and mountain biking.
If you'd like to check out The Fit Station, you can visit their local on West Wendover Avenue in Jamestown, right beside the Rush Fitness Complex.
They're open from 7 a.m. until 9 p.m. on weekdays. They also have weekend hours.
For more information, you can call (336) 285-7330 or visit The Fit Station website.
Brockway said they're planning to open three additional Fit Station locations.
