April is National Child Abuse Awareness Month and Team R.O.C. in Greensboro is working to keep kids safe by offering free martial arts and "bully proof" classes. This is their second annual Child Abuse Prevention program and Team R.O.C. owner, Laban Propst, says he wants to equip kids with the proper tools they need to defend themselves. The kids learn how to avoid dangerous situations and how to get out of one using both verbal and physical techniques. There are free classes for the rest of the month every Tuesday and Thursday at 6 p.m. and Saturday at 10 a.m for kids ages 4-14. The skills they learn build character, confidence, and can help save their life.
