Skepticism From Supreme Court About DOMA

Washington, DC - Gay marriage arguments wrapped up before the Supreme Court on Thursday, ending two days of historic hearings before the court.

Thursday's hearings involved the Defense of Marriage Act, a federal law that prohibits married gay couples.

During the hearing, the perceived swing vote on the court, Justice Kennedy, appeared skeptical of the Defense of Marriage Act.

Attorney David Freedman was on Thursday's Good Morning Show and gave his opinion on how the court may rule.
