Greensboro, NC -- It's important to get kids moving at an early age to promote good health.
Blair Meadows, manager and trainer at Fitness Together in Greensboro, stopped by the Good Morning Show to show exercises the whole family can do together. She even had examples of what young kids can do to stay active.
One exercise a mother and her grown daughter showed was sitting on the ground with their backs together. They twisted from side to side and passed a medicine ball back and forth.
