Talk about girl power! Last week race car driver Danica Patrick opened up doors for women at the Daytona 500 and now a woman is leaving her own mark in another sport. Lauren Silberman is the first woman to compete in an NFL regional tryout. She signed up to be a kicker, but things didn't go as planned for her. She suffered a quad injury while practicing this week and the two kicks she did went less than 20 yards. After that she met with medical staff and never went back on the field to take the six kicks she had left. She says she'll take another shot at making history if given the chance. Silberman played on the club soccer team for MIT and had never kicked in a football game before.
