In the new year we're looking for ways to improve our health and our wallet. One way to do that is through couponing! It's the new self-help book that will save you a ton of money.
Angela Newsom, author of "Coupon: Quick Start Guide" gave us four tips you'll need to be the best couponer you can be in the new year.
1) Get a newspaper subscription so you can have the coupon circulars delivered right to you. If you contact Angela directly at CouponMakeover@gmail.com she can get you a discounted rate for The Greensboro News & Record.
2) Read a book about couponing - You can buy Angela's e-book here for $2.99. She will also give you a free copy of her e-book if you get a subscription to the newspaper.
3) Go to a coupon class. Angela organizes her own coupon class for free.
4) Learn how to use your coupons. Several supermarkets in the Triad like Lowe's or Harris Teeter will double the value of your coupon if it is under 99 cents.
