Greensboro, NC - Hundreds of volunteers woke up early Thanksgiving morning to prepare a Thanksgiving feast for those in need in our community.
This is the 26th year of the event, and they expect to feed 4,000 people this year.
The Community Foundation of Greater Greensboro helped facilitate the event, and food will be served at two locations this year, Congregational United Methodist Church and Potter's House Community Kitchen.
Meals will be served at Potter's House begging at 10:30 a.m. and running through 3:00 p.m.
Meals will be served at the Congregational United Church of Christ from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
Potter's House is located at 1002 South Eugene Street, and the Congregational Church of Christ is located off West Friendly Avenue behind 1618 restaurant.
