Greensboro, NC -- Business people concerned about the security of their online banking systems can learn how to address potential threats posed by hackers.
On Wednesday, February 22, from 11:45 am to 1 pm, Premier Commercial Bank will host a seminar focusing on steps businesses can take to improve online banking security. The session is the first in a series of quarterly lunch hour seminars, called the "Premier Lunch U" series, the bank will conduct this year as a service to the Triad.
Online banking security expert E. J. Owens will lead the February 22 seminar. Owens is the spokesman for Safe Systems, Inc., a Georgia company specializing in securing banks' information technology and electronic data networks. He will explain current online security threats, general online banking safety practices, the capabilities of current technology used by banks to thwart hacking threats, and the importance of a trusting relationship between a business and its bank.
