New York, NY-- Judy Sheindlin will be judging cases on TV for many more years. She's signed a contract that will keep her on the air through 2017. That would give her a total of 21 years on the air. She's still one of the highest-rated syndicated show on daytime. She averages about 10 million viewers. And she has less competition now. Judge Joe Brown was canceled after 15 seasons on the air. No word on whether Judge Judy will get a raise. She currently makes a reported $45 million a year.
