New York, NY -- Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade will go on as planned, even though many people may still be homeless because of superstorm Sandy. NBC says it hopes the parade will be a "beacon of hope" for those whose lives were affected by the storm. Carly Rae Jepsen, Jimmy Fallon, Whoopi Goldberg, Flo Rida, Trace Adkins and Colbie Caillat will take part in the parade. Matt Lauer, Savannah Guthrie and Al Roker will host.
