Jumbo Shrimp
Grilled/sautéed chicken
Bacon
Butter Cream
Rosemary
Pepper /salt

Cook grilled chicken and bacon in buttered saucepan. Add rosemary, pepper and salt to taste. Pour in butter cream and add jumbo shrimp. Cook until gravy thickens around the chicken.

Chicken Marsala

Jumbo Shrimp Grilled/sautéed chicken Bacon Butter Cream Rosemary Pepper /salt Cook grilled chicken and bacon in buttered saucepan. Add rosemary, pepper and salt to taste. Pour in butter cream and add jumbo shrimp. Cook until gravy thickens around the chicken.

Sautee' chicken breast
Mushroom
Shallots
Ham
Brown sauce (mixture of vegetable and beef stock)
Marsala wine (Brandy)
Corn starch
Cook shallots in a lightly buttered pan. Add chicken breast and ham. When that is mostly cooked, add mushroom and the two liquids.
Add corn starch and cook until mixture thickens.
