Today is Mardi Gras which is French for "Fat Tuesday." It got its name from being a day of feasting before the fasting associated with Lent.  To celebrate Mardi Gras we asked Michael Benbow from "New Orleans Bar And Grill" to show us traditional Cajun dishes. He brought everything from the shrimp po'boy to crawfish to the infamous King Cake. If you want a taste of New Orleans right here in Greensboro, please visit New Orleans Bar And Grill for more information.
