Oreo Cookie Ball Recipes

1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
36 OREO Cookies, finely crushed (about 3 cups) - Use food processor, blender or resealable plastic food storage bag and roll with rolling pin
2 pkg. (8 squares each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted Read directions on chocolate package about melting.

MIX cream cheese and cookie crumbs until well blended
SHAPE into 48 (1-inch) balls. Freeze 10 min. Dip balls in melted chocolate; place in single layer in shallow waxed paper-lined pan. Option: sprinkle cookie balls with additional cookie crumbs, chopped nuts, sprinkles, coconut, etc. before chocolate hardens.
REFRIGERATE 1 hour or until firm. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator

Peppermint-OREO Cookie Balls Recipe

6 candy canes, finely chopped (about 1/3 cup), divided
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 pkg. (16.6 oz.) OREO Cookies, finely crushed
2 pkg. (8 squares each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted - Read directions on chocolate package about melting.

RESERVE 1 Tbsp. chopped candy. Mix remaining candy with cream cheese and cookie crumbs until well blended.
SHAPE into 48 (1-inch) balls. Freeze 10 min. Dip balls in melted chocolate; place in single layer in shallow waxed paper-lined pan. Sprinkle with reserved candy.
REFRIGERATE 1 hour or until firm. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator

NILLA Turtle Cookie Balls Recipe

1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
70 NILLA Wafers, finely crushed (about 2-1/3 cups)
3 Tbsp. caramel ice cream topping
2 pkg. (8 squares each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted- Read directions on chocolate package about melting
1/4 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans
MIX first 3 ingredients until well blended.

SHAPE into 42 (1-inch) balls. Freeze 10 min. Dip balls in melted chocolate; place in single layer in shallow waxed paper-lined pan. Sprinkle with nuts.

Reindeer Cookie Ball Pops Recipe

1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
40 NABISCO Ginger Snaps, finely crushed (about 2-1/4 cups)
2 pkg. (8 squares each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted- Read directions on chocolate package about melting
Red Hots, Sprinkles
1 cup small pretzel twists, broken into pieces

MIX cream cheese and ginger snap crumbs until well blended.
SHAPE into 30 (1-inch) balls; place in single layer in shallow pan. Freeze 10 min. Insert lollipop stick into each ball. Dip balls in chocolate; place in single layer in waxed paper-lined pan. Decorate with candies and pretzels as shown in photo.

REFRIGERATE 1 hour or until firm. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator

How to Make Ginger Snap Crumbs : Place cookies in resealable plastic food storage bag and roll with rolling pin...or process the ginger snaps in your food processor or blender.

Melting Snowmen Cookie Balls Recipe

1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
24 NUTTER BUTTER Cookies, finely crushed (about 3 cups)
2 pkg. (6 squares each) BAKER'S White Chocolate, melted- Read directions on chocolate package about melting
1/4 cup PLANTERS Creamy Peanut Butter
48 Mini OREO Bite Size Cookies
2 Tbsp. decorating icing

MIX cream cheese and cookie crumbs until well blended.
SHAPE into 48 (1-inch) balls; place in single layer in shallow pan. Freeze 10 min. Melt chocolate and mix in peanut butter until well blended. Dip balls in chocolate mixture; place in shallow waxed paper-lined pan, allowing excess chocolate to pool at bottom of each ball. Decorate with remaining ingredients as shown in photo.

Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator
