Sam is an 11 year old neutered male pug, fawn color, who came to Pug Rescue because his human Mommy became too ill to care for him. He is a sweetheart and gets along well with kids, cats, and other dogs. He is accustomed to being with another dog, so he might be lonely as an only dog. He seems to enjoy being in his foster home with 2 other pugs. He still plays a little bit, but he can get tired before he realizes it; after all, he is a senior citizen.
Sam is relatively big and somewhat overweight at 27 pounds, but he is very gentle. He has an underbite, like a bulldog, so he often sticks out his tongue or shows off his very white, recently cleaned teeth. He's healthy, heartworm negative, on heartworm and flea preventative, and up to date on all shots.
Please consider giving this wonderful old guy the loving Forever Home that he deserves; he'll certainly do his part in giving love back.
Sam is being fostered in Durham, NC. He adoption fee is waived. We are just asking for a tax deductible donation to help us continue helping other pugs like Sam find forever families to love them forever.
