GREENSBORO, N.C. -- "Nobody stopping me, I'm going to keep on singing."
Those are the words of Maceo Whitsett, the cheerful bell ringer at the Walmart on Wendover Avenue in Greensboro.
He's helping make the last few days until Christmas even more merrier with his singing tunes Thursday.
The Salvation Army tells WFMY News 2 he moved to the Triad a little more than a year ago from Las Vegas. He lived at the organization's Center of Hope shelter until the Salvation Army was able to help him find permanent housing.
