GREENSBORO, N.C. -- Five Triad residents will have an easier commute to work after they were awarded cars Thursday as a part of Goodwill's Wheels to Work program.
The Wheels to Work program bridges barriers between home and work by providing donated vehicles to people with employment needs.
Since January 2013, Triad Goodwill has been able to give 10 cars to people who have applied and met the program requirements. The cars are donated from members of the community.
To learn more about requirements for the program, visit Triad Goodwill's webpage.
If you are interested in donating a vehicle, contact Triad Goodwill coordinator Toni Tinninn at 336-275-9801 or email@example.com.
