REIDSVILLE - Not everyone is able to go to help children in Haiti, but the members at Reidsville Bible Chapel are making sure everyone has an opportunity to serve at home in North Carolina.
Saturday morning, church members packaged 10,000 meals to send to an orphanage in Haiti. They also packaged over 1,000 meals to benefit a local Triad food kitchen as well.
The food drive today also helped benefit Camp Jubilee which works with special needs children involved with the church. Many of those children helped pack the meals Saturday.
Organizers wanted to bring awareness to two causes hunger and autism.
