Greensboro, NC-- Greensboro City councilmembers have a full plate tonight when they convene at 4:00 p.m. for its full meeting.
Councilmembers will discuss and possibly vote on at least two items that has drawn controversy.
One item is Land for the Greensboro Performing Arts Center (GPAC). WFMY News 2 reported last week that the city hasn't officially named where the center will be built.
The other is a $1.5 million loan to the International Civil Rights Center & Museum. The issue came up during the August 5, meeting but it was moved to the August 20 meeting.
The city is also looking to rezone an area off Dolley Madison for apartments.
