Greensboro, NC-- The annual party that kicks off the Fun Fourth events in downtown Greensboro is relocating due to weather.
The Fun Fourth Festival's Kick Off Block Party was scheduled to be held at its new location of Natty Greene's. But, because of rain in Wednesday night's forecast, the fun is moving indoors and will be at the Carolina Theatre, which is located at 310 South Greene Street in downtown Greensboro.
Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. with music beginning at 6:00 p.m. The musical line-up is the same with, The New Familiars starting the evening, followed by Swear and Shake and headliner Keller Williams with The Travelin' McCourys.
Entrance is free and seating is first-come, first-served general admission.
- ID wristbands will be sold for $1 and Natty Greene's beer will be on tap.
- Parking is free at downtown parking decks
No other changes for Fun Fourth Festival events on July 4th are scheduled at this time.
