Greensboro, NC -- Thousands came out to the Greensboro Arboretum Saturday for the 2013 Summer Solstice.
There was a diverse group of musicians, artists and venders and spectators ready to soak up the summer sun.
The Summer Solstice event is the traditional ceremony to mark the start of summer, also the longest day of the year. Organizers said more than 6,000 people attended.
