Johnny Van Kemp, his family and friends came together one year after Johnny was first diagnosed with leukemia. All the people who have supported Johnny through his journey came celebrated his journey back to full health Friday.
We first met Johnny in 2012, months after he'd been diagnosed with leukemia. His bravery inspired his community in so many ways. One high school student organized a bone marrow drive in Johnny's honor, and third graders from Johnny's school shaved their heads to support him.
