Kernersville, NC -- Some of society's youngest good samaritans did their part to help in the fight against cancer Wednesday night.
Students at Wesleyan Preschool Academy hosted their fourth annual Mini Relay For Life event to raise money and awareness for cancer research.
Some participants gave their hair to donate to Pantene Greater Lengths, while others found other ways to donate to the cause.
One of the more touching moments in the event was the luminary walk, where students took silent laps in honor of those who battled cancer and those lost due the disease.
So far, students have raised around $3,000 through this year's event!
