Greensboro, NC -- Here's something that's going to save you time and money.  WFMY News 2, The Guilford County Health Department and the Carolina Kennel Club are sponsoring a Rabies Vaccination Clinic on Saturday, May 4th from 9am to Noon.

The first 300 one-year vaccinations will be given out free on a first come, first served basis.  After this supply is exhausted, the one-year vaccination will be available for $5.

There will also be a vet on site who can provide the three-year vaccination at $10 per shot. But don't forget to bring the pet's current vaccination certificate. This is a requirement, the rabies tag will not suffice.

The Carolina Kennel Club is picking up the tab for the first 300 free shots. The clinic is being held at the Guilford County Health Department. It's located at 1100 East Wendover Avenue in Greensboro.

North Carolina law requires all domestic pets, (cats, dogs and ferrets) whether living inside or outside, age four months or older to be vaccinated.
