Greensboro, NC -- You're used to seeing a cow wave in customers to Chick-Fil-A, but some Guilford County Sheriff's Deputies had fun with customers at one Triad restaurant.

Deputies participated in "Cops on Top" at the Chick-Fil-A on Pembroke Road in Greensboro this weekend. It was all part of an effort to raise money for the Special Olympics. They had fun from the roof top playing music and making friendly banter with customers.

Volunteers and Special Olympic athletes also helped pass donation buckets through the drive-through line.

Customers in the drive-through line also had a chance to win a free sandwich, for dancing with the cow.

And, the deputies tell WFMY News 2 they had a successful weekend! Though there is no final total, officers received an email after the event thanking them for their help in raising so much money for Special Olympics.
