1 1/2 lb Ground Beef
1 tsp Salt
2 Eggs
1 cp Chicken Flavored Stuffing Mix
1/3 cp Evaporated Milk
1/4 cp Steak Sauce
1 sm Chopped Onion
1/2 cp Chopped Green Pepper
1 cp Ketchup
3 tbsp Packed Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
2 tsp Mustard Powder


1. Preheat oven to 350° and lightly grease loaf pan.

2. Put the ground beef in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and toss carefully to mix. If the meat is handled too much, your meat loaf will be tougher.

3. Place the mixture into the loaf pan and bake for 1 hour. Drain the grease and serve.

4. Whisk together in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over meatloaf and bake.
