INGREDIENTS

3 large Limes
1/3 cup Food Lion Soy Sauce
1/3 cup Green Onion
3 tbsp Cilantro
1/3 cup Food Lion Crunchy Peanut Butter
2 tbsp my essentials Light Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Fresh Ginger Root
1 tbsp Fresh Garlic
¾ tsp Food Lion Red Pepper Flakes
12 8-inch Whole Wheat Tortillas
3 lb Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
6 oz Red Onion
6 oz Lettuce
¼ cup Cilantro

DIRECTIONS

1. In a medium bowl, combine lime juice and zest, soy sauce, onions, cilantro, peanut butter, sugar, ginger root, garlic and pepper flakes. Stir well.

2. Spread each tortilla with Peanut Sauce.

3. Layer each with 4 ounces sliced turkey. Evenly sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon onion, 1 tablespoon lettuce and 1 teaspoon cilantro.

4. Roll up tightly and cut on the diagonal. Serve chilled.
