TERIYAKI CARROTS WITH PEANUTS

1 lb Carrots

1 tbsp My Essentials Vegetable Oil

1/4 cp Teriyaki Sauce

1/4 tsp Salt

1/4 cp Peanuts

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 450° F.

2. Cut carrots into bite-sized pieces.

3. Toss in 1/4 cup of teriyaki sauce and sprinkle with salt.

4. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

5. Chop peanuts coarsely. Scatter peanuts evenly over the carrots.

Serve hot.
