Greensboro, NC -  If you are remodeling or building a home and looking for ways to help keep outside  maintenance cost down, one of the best ways to go is to use cement board for your siding.

Cement board will not rot and it is impervious to water.  Also since the paint is absorbed into the board and not just on the surface, you can go up to fifteen years with out painting.

Mr. Fix It Tom Garcia shows you this and other ways to help keep the outside of your home low maintenance in the attached video.
