Winston-Salem, NC -- Police arrested a Winston-Salem man who pretended to be a police officer and robbed a man in his apartment Friday night.

Officers responded to 700 Cole Ridge Ct. at 8:41 p.m. in reference to an armed robbery.

The victim told police he was in his apartment with the front door open when a man, claiming to be a police officer, entered. The suspect then pulled out a gun and demanded money from the victim.
