Police: Man Shot Following Store Dispute

Greensboro, NC -- Police have opened an investigation into a shooting that stemmed from an argument at a Greensboro grocery store Saturday.

Officers responded Tienda Hispana La Popular on E. Market St. around 11:30 p.m. and found a victim with a gunshot wound to his lower leg.

Police say the victim, 37-year-old Delfino Rodriguez, got into some sort of argument with another man inside the store before the two took their dispute to the parking lot.

That's when the suspect pulled out a gun and shot Rodriguez in his leg.

Police are still investigating this incident.
