Men Arrested In Break-In, Metal Theft From School

Rockingham County-- Sheriff's deputies have charged two men with breaking into a school.

Jeffery Todd Brame, 39, and Allen Lloyd Lewis, 20, both from Gibsonville are charged Felonious Breaking and Entering, Felonious Larceny After Breaking and Entering and Possession of Stolen Property.

Officers said the men were involved with several thefts of metals from within the old Monroeton School located at the intersection of US 158 West and Monroeton School Rd. This school building is not currently in use.

Investigators said they were caught on surveillance camera breaking into the old school building and stealing copper and other metals from inside on two different occasions.

There were three men in all and deputies are still looking for the third suspect seen on the video.

He has been identified as Larry Edward Troxler.
