Greensboro, NC -- Police arrested a fifth person in connection with an Oct. 15 fatal shooting at the Heritage House Tuesday.

Greensboro police and members of the US Marshals Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Andre Cartel Harper, 19, around 10:30 a.m. on Wendover Ave.

Harper was one of five people associated with the death of 34-year-old Alkhaafid Nariz Shumate at the Heritage House. Investigators say the shooting happened during an argument over drugs between Shumate and the five suspects.

Police arrested Donna Denise Tyson, 30, and Bobbie Frederick Walls, Jr., 32, Oct. 26.

Linda Renee Tyson, 30, turned herself into police Oct. 28.

Monday, Paris Pierre Coleman, 24, was arrested by Fayetteville police at a family member's home.

Harper and the other four suspects are charged with first-degree murder. They're being held in the Guilford County Jail without bond.
