Greensboro, NC - When you're going out on job interviews, it's important not to bring yourself down. In Wednesday's One Minute Career Check, Consultant Joyce Richman tell us, if your self-confidence is down ask a friend about your strengths.
I'm afraid, I can't, these are all words that will keep you from reaching your full potential. In times like these, Joyce says, to go to a friend or people you've worked with in the past. Ask them to tell you what you did well and write them down. This is just part of what you say during your next interview to reinforce that you're qualified for the job. Tell the employer what you did, where you worked and the way you benefited a company. Because that's what the company wants to know.
