Planning -- Richman says it's essential you find out everything you can about the company. Read about the company online in in magazines. Talk to people who work there and who used to work there. Learn about the goals and needs of the company.
Preparation -- Look at yourself and your skills. Really examine how your skills can benefit the company.
Practice -- Richman says you have to practice. She suggests lining people up to drill you on your strengths,weaknesses, touchy subjects like why you left your last job. She says you want them to put you on the hotseat.
