Greensboro,NC -- Have you ever been on an interview, and the person asking the questions just isn't giving you anything: no eye contact, no head nods, no smiles?  Joyce Richman says you shouldn't let it derail your motivation.

Richman says some interviewers avoid those positive cues to remain objective during an interview.

She says you need to provide self reenforcement.  She says be confident in your preparation: you did your homework, you talked to people who work at the company, you asked good questions.  Stay positive and motivate yourself.

You can read more of Joyce Richman's advice in the Triad Career section of the Sunday News and Record.
