Greensboro, NC -- Sheetz is scouting sites for a distribution center, and the Triad is on the list. The Business Journal reports the 200,000 square foot facility could create 250 new jobs.  The price tag could be as much as much as $40 million.  The company has more than 30 North Carolina locations including several in Winston-Salem and Greensboro. The executive vice president of Sheetz distribution services said the company will spend the next six months evaluating locations for a facility that will supply between 150 and 160 stores across North Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia.

Greensboro, NC -- UnitedHealthcare will expand its "NowClinic" telemedicine partnership into North Carolina. It's an effort to increase access to care and reduce health care costs. Through NowClinic patients get access to doctors at all hours.  They are able to diagnose minor medical conditions, prescribe medications and offer chronic disease management through online video chats. Officials say it's not a replacement for all face to face doctor visits, but it can provide inexpensive and convenient care
