Greensboro, NC -- You may have a consumer issue that you need help solving. 2 Wants to Know's Call For Action volunteers are trained to find resolutions between you and the businesses you are going round and round with.

Stop being frustrated. Here's how the Call For Action volunteers are here to help you.

"A consumer will call, and they will have a problem," said volunteer Marie Candless. "And what we do is, we have the consumer furnish us with documentation and then we follow up with the business involved and try to help them solve their problem."

Here's what the volunteers need from you: they need to know your problem, of course, and the company or person involved in your dispute. Documentation is key in these calls so volunteers can get both sides of the story.

"We're a last resort," Candless said. "You've done everything that you can do and you are at the end of road--that's when you call us, and we will open that road back up for you."

Candless says these folks are here because they genuinely want to help you.

"It is the rewarding experience that you feel when you know that you have helped someone complete a situation that they could not do themselves," she said.

They look like sweet people, and they are. Unless, of course, they're fighting for you. Then, they don't let up as they work to resolve your case.

So how can you get their help? There are two ways.

First, you can fill out the Call For Action complaint form in the 2 Wants To Know section of Then, one of our volunteers will begin reviewing your case.

Second, volunteers are answering calls live every Tuesday from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Just call (336) 379-5618 to speak with someone. You can call and leave a message anytime, though.

We can't wait to hear from you!
