GREENSBORO, NC -- This week, it was revealed hackers broke into two million on-line accounts and stole passwords from facebook, Google, twitter, yahoo and more.

The one thing you can do, and should do, is change your passwords. And not just for the social media sites, this goes for all of them.

Chances are the password you use for your facebook, twitter, email is probably duplicated for your bank log-in, maybe a credit card. We are creatures of habit aren't we?

2WTK asked tech expert Kent Meeker of TechScout about your password. His password recommendation, which he uses himself, is stretch your password from the standard 8 characters to 12 or 15.

Instead of the name of your child or favorite football team he suggests making it a phrase. He said "got milk" or "who let the dogs out" are too easy.

He also said passwords should include one digit one capital letter, and one symbol.
