ELLENWOOD, Ga. (WXIA) -- 11Alive News has learned that one of the suspects arrested in connection with the kidnapping of 14-year-old Ayvani Hope Perez was arrested in February 2012 along with Ayvani's mother, Maria Magdalena Corral.

The suspect, who the FBI identified as 40-year-old Juan Alberto Contreras-Rodriguez, is also known as Juan Alberto Contreras-Ramirez, according to sources with Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Ayvani was found safe and sound in Conyers early Wednesday afternoon. Contreras-Ramirez and 29-year-old Wildrego Jackson were taken into custody at the time.

The FBI says that the two suspects shown in the police sketch that has been circulated remain wanted and at large.

"She is safe," said Clayton County Police Chief Greg Porter in a Wednesday afternoon news conference.

Ayvani was found in the 4000 block of Covington Highway. Conyers is about 25 miles from Ayvani's Clayton County home.

The FBI added other suspects are being investigated, including the two from the sketches released Tuesday.

Porter said Ayvani had been reunited with her family, and her condition was being evaluated by medical personnel. Investigators said she looks to be in good health.

Clayton County police described Jackson as a career felon, currently on probation. Police said he's being held on conspiracy to kidnapping charges. Contreras-Ramirez is being held on immigration related charges by federal Homeland Security investigators.

The FBI said the two suspects noted in the police sketch that was circulated are still at large.

Clayton County police said Ayvani was abducted Early Tuesday morning by two men from a home in the Ellenwood neighborhood on Brookgate Drive.

The two men demanded money and jewelry, and shot the family's dog. When the mother told the invaders she did not have money or jewelry, they took the teen.

The family took the dog to the vet, but it did not survive.

A nationwide Amber Alert was issued after Ayvani was taken.

Police said they did not have a motive for the kidnapping.

A family member told CBS News that the men called demanding a $10,000 ransom. However, law enforcement could not confirm.
