GREENSBORO, N.C. -- Early voting for Guilford County residents starts Thursday.

Residents have the opportunity to vote in-person at a designated location until November 2. Currently, the only two locations are the Old Court House at 301 W. Market St. in Greensboro and the High Point Elections Office on 325 E. Russell Ave. The Board of Elections plans to add five additional sites starting Wednesday, Oct. 30.

Voters can register the same day during in-person early voting. Each voter must provide an ID with their name and current address. 

Absentee ballots can be requested by mail until Tuesday, Oct. 29 at 5 p.m.

In Rockingham County: October 17 - November 2.

All One Stop Voting will be held at the Board of Elections Office in Wentworth: 240 Cherokee Camp Rd. in the Business Technology Building (Before you get to the Animal Shelter).

Saturday, November 2 (9:00 am - 1:00 pm)

*Only registered voters who reside within town/city limits are eligible to vote in the 2013 Municipal Elections.
